• Booking & Payment •
A deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment must be settled before the boat departure. We accept payments via Cash, Maya, GCash, and Wise.
• Cancellations & Weather •
Weather Safety: If the Philippine Coast Guard cancels travel due to typhoons or heavy seas, we offer a 100% refund or a free reschedule.
Guest Cancellations: .Cancellations made 7 Days prior 80%, 1 Day prior 30%, same day no refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
• Safety & Responsibility •
Guests must follow the guide’s safety instructions at all times, especially during diving and freediving activities.
Barracuda Tours is not responsible for loss of personal items (cameras, phones) on the boat. Please use the provided dry bags.
• Environmental Fees •
Eco-Tourism permits (ETDF) in El Nido or entrance fees in Coron are Excluded in the base price unless stated otherwise.
